Return Policy

Damaged or defective products: In the event that an item should be damaged during transit or arrive defective, we will gladly provide a replacement within 30 days of the delivery date. 
RETURNS: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges (defective products exempt), as we cannot resell them. Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to us here at Cherry Poppins. Once our products leave the store we DO NOT take them back.

    Replacements

    If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send us an email within 30 days of receiving it. Please email: info@cherrypoppinsshop.com with your replacement claim. To complete your replacement we require a receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. 

    Once your replacement request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement. If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
